Forbes Staffing LLC provides recruitment and placement services for licensed healthcare professionals and clients seeking such services, including but not limited to:
- Temporary and permanent staff
- Concierge and private duty nurse placement

- Long-term care and hospice support
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, without notice.
3. Eligibility
Use of our services is limited to:
- Individuals at least 18 years of age
- Licensed and certified healthcare professionals in good standing
- Clients legally authorized to hire healthcare staff
We may deny access to services at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, noncompliance with licensure, or violation of these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Not misrepresent qualifications, credentials, or work history
The use of false information or impersonation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Forbes Staffing LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcomes, duration, or conditions of any employment opportunity. By using our services, both candidates and clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
We do not guarantee employment for candidates of the availability of any position listed by our clients. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of candidate or client representations. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the hiring decisions, compensation, or conditions of employment offered by client organizations. We do not guarantee candidate performance or the duration of employment once a placement has been made. We are not responsible for the legal compliance, safety, or workplace conditions of any client facility.
Forbes Staffing LLC disclaims any liability for employment-related disputes, damages, or losses arising out of related to our services. It is the sole responsibility of users to perform their own due diligence prior to entering any employment or contractual relationship.
6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All content, forms, documents, procedures, trade secrets, branding, and proprietary information related to Forbes Staffing LLC’s recruitment processes are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.
Users agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of our materials or methods without express written consent.
7. Background Checks and Credentialing
By submitting your application or using our services, you authorize us to conduct background checks, credential verification, drug screenings, and reference checks in compliance with applicable laws. We may share the results with potential employers on a need-to-know basis.
